If within seven (7) days after receipt of your merchandise, you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange (see instructions below).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If merchandise is delivered with damages or defects, original shipping and handling will be refunded. Advance authorization must be obtained to return merchandise.

In requesting return authorization, please e-mail us at, and provide your name, username, invoice number, product name to return, and date of invoice to insure proper handling.

All returned merchandise must be in original factory cartons, free of all marking. We assume no obligation to accept merchandise after 15 days from date of invoice.
