How long have you lived in Las Vegas?
Well, about one year. I bought a house far from where I'm originally from, which is Michigan…cold, cold Michigan. I love the hot weather. It's wonderful here. There's so much to do- all the time.

How long have you been a fitness model?
I've been modeling now for approximately three years. I want to say that Rob Sims gave me my start. I met him at a Physique competition called "Designer Body" in Maui. I actually approached him. I was published in Musclemag only three months after our first shoot together. I owe him everything.

What was your life like before fitness modeling?
Pretty normal. I was a personal trainer, and I always stayed in great shape. I was one of those girls who always looked in Musclemag and would say to myself, "I want to do this." The women are so beautiful, and I love how a fitness physique looks.

Tell FitBeauties about your website?
It's two years old now, and it's been very successful for me. I run everything. I believe it's important to have a "personal touch." I answer all of my e-mails. I don't have someone else do that for me. I also post and edit all of my photos and other services I offer. In the members’ area, you can get exotic photo galleries, enticing videos, and I offer private cam shows, and custom videos as well. I do everything myself, and I believe that's why it's so successful. I also sell the clothes I've worn in photo shoots. Believe it or not, fans send me clothes. I shoot in them and then sell them. It's a great business!

How long have you been a Physique/Figure Competitor?
I'm retired now, but I competed for three years. I did very well, and won all of the NPC shows I entered except one, in which I took second place. One highlight was at the Ironman Naturally, where I won the overall title. I made it to the Nationals and competed in the Team Universe. After that, I decided to retire and concentrate on my modeling and website. Although I'm not competing, I'm sponsored by Twinlab. I'm part of the National Ad Campaign for Diet Fuel.
I work their booth handing out product and signing photos at the major bodybuilding shows. Next up is the 2004 Arnold Classic in Ohio.

Let’s get personal. Do you have any body piercings or tattoos? Yes. My belly-button is pierced. Other than that, my body is a clean canvas.

Besides physical touch, how else can you be pleasured?
Geez, I love to be touched. But, I love a guy who can make me laugh. I love to laugh. If a man can put a smile on my face, that's huge with me. I also have a big appetite. A guy who can cook a good meal and fill my tummy is the guy for me. I love Thai cuisine…anything hot and spicy. I love for my lips to tingle and for my tongue to be set on fire.

What is the best date you've ever been on?
The absolute best was in Niagara Falls. It was in winter, and he wined and dined me at a restaurant that was literally in the sky, and it rotated. The view of the falls was breathtaking. That was quite memorable, especially since it was with someone I adored.

What is your own favorite body part?
Normally, it's my sculpted, flat abdominal region. But, I have to say my butt, because it is so round and full.

What is your favorite male body part?
I'm huge on muscle! A man must have muscle if I'm going to give him a second look. I love shoulders, thick chests, and I especially love a man's lower obliques. A guy doesn't have to be muscular like a bodybuilder, but he must have some muscle on his physique. I have to know he trains and makes his outer appearance a priority.
